Zelta Marie Hightower

Zelta Marie Hightower, long-time, Davenport, Oklahoma, resident, was born on April 30, 1921, in Bristow, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Wednesday, April, 13, 2005, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 83 years. Zelta was the daughter of Marion Ace and Cora Myrtle Clark White. She married Thad Andy Hightower in Bristow, Oklahoma, on January 28, 1939. Zelta was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Davenport. Her parents, husband, one son; Jerry, one daughter; Billie Jean, one brother and three sisters preceded Zelta in death. Survivors include: One son: Ricky Hightower of Davenport, OK; Four daughters: Wanda Thompson of Davenport, OK; Sharon Murray of Davenport, OK; Pam Rains of Davenport, OK; Barbara Forbis of Edmond, OK; 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren
