Wilson "Wc" Conklin Harjo

Wilson Conklin 'WC' Harjo was born on June 6, 1967, in Pawnee, and departed this life on Saturday, March 14, 2015, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 47. WC, the son of Vincent and Joyce (Ellis) Harjo, was a resident of Shawnee. WC's, grandparents; parents; one brother, Christopher; one sister, Mikka; and one grandson, Xavier, and adopted mother, Verlayne Wilson preceded him in death. Survivors include: two sons, Isaac Harjo of Meeker and Elijah Harjo of Prague; three daughters Diana May Larson of Shawnee, Rosanne Harjo of Shawnee, and Alexis Harjo of Prague; three brothers, Vincent Harjo II of Seminole, Virgil Harjo, and Chuck Spoon of Shawnee; three sisters, Jeri Lynn Harjo of Shawnee, Shawna Spoon of Shawnee, and Casey Wilson of Shawnee; adopted mothers, Gloria Ellis and Peggy Ellis; many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at 9:00 AM at the Sac and Fox Cemetery in Stroud with Sam Spang officiating.
