Wilma Lee Ledbetter was born on February 23, 1949, in Fort Towson, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 66. Wilma, the daughter of Leon and Vera (Brown) Stone, was a resident of Meeker. She worked as a sewing machine operator. Wilma loved to sew and to be with her church family, she was loving and caring, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Wilma’s parents, two sisters, Nelly Duncan and Bernice Green, and brother, Waymond Stone, preceded her in death. Survivors include: sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Angie Ledbetter of Meeker and Donnie Ledbetter and Hope Elledge of Yukon; daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Antonio Rayas of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Heather, Ashley, Celia, Mandy, Derek, Levi, Lexie, Faith, Nick, Brett, Adrean and Lacey; great grandchildren; Brooklynn, Boston, Avery, Raistlin, Aries, Juan, Julio, Lalianna, Ana, Melysandra, and Malakye; sisters, Margaret Simpson of Oklahoma City and Gladys Wallace of Meeker; other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM, at Living Waters in Meeker with Pastor Donna Morton officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Meeker. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
