William was the son of Jesse L. and Viola Sullivan Lickliter. He worked as an asphalt Forman for many years. His parents preceded William in death. Survivors include, Sons & daughters-in-law, Shaun and Darla Lickliter of Collinsville, OK, Nick & Katie Lickliter of Fritch, TX, Daughter, Patti Lickliter of Enid, OK, Brothers & sister-in-law, Bob Lickliter of Chandler, OK, Allen & Barbara Lickliter of OKC, OK, Sister, Judy Evans of Chandler, OK, 4 grandchildren, Other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 16, 2008, at Rossville Cemetery in Wellston, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
