Wendell Glen Broyles

Wendell Glen Broyles was born on February 16, 1943, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, January 1, 2008, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 64. Wendell, the son of Leonard Abraham Lincoln and Molly Melvira Smith Broyles, was a life-long resident of Prague. He married Rayna Florence Moxham on September 26, 1965 in Bessemer, Michigan. Wendell retired from Tinker Airforce Base and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Rayna Broyles of the home; sons and daughters in law, Shawn and Kara Broyles of Prague, Jamie and Shelly Broyles of Meeker; parents, Leonard and Molly Broyles of Meeker; brother and sister-in-law, Gil and Christy Broyles of Edmond; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Royce Shackelford of Tecumseh; grandchildren, Gabrielle and Ethan Broyles. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Landscape Fund, Route 3, Box 243, Prague, OK 74864. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 2:00 PM, at First Baptist Church in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
