Wayne Steven "Steve" Weatherley

Wayne Steven 'Steve' Weatherly was born on March 8, 1952, in Ottawa, Illinois, and departed this life on Monday, March 14, 2011, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 59. Steve, the son of Franklin and Elizabeth Marie (Fleming) Weatherley, was a resident of Tecumseh. He married Sherri D. Manning on October 3, 1983 in Oklahoma City. Steve was a maintenance supervisor for commercial laundry equipment. His mother and one brother, F. Michael Weatherley, preceded him in death. Survivors include wife of 27 years, Sherri Weatherley of the home; father, Franklin Weatherley of Meeker; son, Erik Wayne Weatherley of Tecumseh; daughters, Stephanie Lynn Christenberry of Tecumseh, Shirley Marie West of Thackerville; 7 grandchildren; brother, David Weatherley of Tecumseh; sisters,Pamela Lucas of Meeker, Patricia L. Weatherley of West Burr, VT. Visitation will be at the Parks Brothers Meeker Chapel on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM, at New Hope Cemetery in Meeker. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
