Wayne Helm

Wayne Helm was born on March 16, 1939, near Chandler, OK, and departed this life on Saturday, July 7, 2012, in Stroud, OK, at the age of 73. Wayne the son of Odas Milburn and Lottie Ellen (Wakley) Helm was a long-time resident of Chandler, OK. He graduated from Chandler High School in 1956. Wayne married Ruth Anne Potter in 1959, at Chandler. They owned and worked in the dairy business for many years. His parents, wife, one brother, and one sister-in-law, preceded Wayne in death. Survivors include, one son and daughter-in-law, Wade & Dee Dee Helm of Chandler, OK, two daughters and sons-in-law, Sandy & Raymond Moore of Chandler, OK, Debbie & Billy Sprague of Chandler, OK, two brothers & sisters-in-law, Ray & Fern Helm of LaGrange, TX, Jack & Suzanne Helm of Chandler, OK, five grandchildren, two great- grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler, OK, with Rev. Bruce Newby officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
