Wanda Green

Wanda Lou Green was born on November 10, 1926, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Monday, March 3, 2008, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 81. Wanda was the daughter of Colvin Rutledge and Rena Watkins Bland. She married Delmer Green on February 14, 1945, in Oklahoma City. She was a member of the Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and one infant daughter. She was a resident of Collinsville, Oklahoma at the time of her death. Survivors include her husband, Delmer L. Green, of the home; daughters, Janie Green, Tulsa, Suzie Easton, Tulsa; grandchildren, Rev. Jon Denney and his wife Sharon, Woodenville, Washington, Cindy Easton, Euless, Texas; great grandchildren, Stephen and Rachel Denney, Woodenville, Washington; brother and sister-in-law, Bob G. and Norman Bland, Prague, David and Shirley Bland, Prague; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce & Bob McCool, Overland Park, Kansas; sister in law, Alene & her husband Jerry Williams, Prague. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 7, 2008 at 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Bro. Mike Raines officiating. Interment will follow at the Garden Grove Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
