Wanda Faye Tonubbee

Wanda Faye Tonubbee was born inTryon, Oklahoma on October 7, 1936 and departed this life in Drumright, Oklahoma on Thursday, June 6, 2014 at the age of 77 years. Wanda was the daughter of Homer and Geneva (Downs) Martin. She was a resident of Davenport most of her life. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Davenport and a homemaker. She married J.L. Tonubbee August 22, 1953. She was preceded in death by her husband J.L. December 13, 1994, parents, two bothers, and two sisters. Survivors include: Sons & daughter in law:Rick & Paula Tonubbee of Davenport, OK Randy & Christine Tonubbee of Royse City, TX Daughter and son-in-law:Connie and James Thompson of Cushing, OK Brothers:Darrelll Martin of Hennesse, OK Harland Martin of Shawnee, OK Sisters: Jenny Fickess of Cushing, OK Glenda Martin of Stroud, OK Six Grandchildren and two Greatgrandchildren A Graveside service will be held at the Davenport Cemetery in Davenort, Oklahoma on Monday,June 9, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
