Wanda Alieen Baker

Wanda Aileen Baker, former Carney, OK, resident was born on January 2, 1919, in Carney, OK, and departed this life September 11, 2012, in Guthrie, OK, at the age of 93 years. Wanda was the daughter of Brice and Effie (Deal) Sipe. She married Basil Baker, on October 15, 1938, in Stillwater, OK. Wanda was a homemaker and a member of Edmond First Baptist Church. Her parents, husband, one brother and three sisters preceded Wanda in death. Survivors include, one daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and James Crow of Edmond, OK, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, September 14, 2012, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Chandler. Burial will follow at Carney Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, OK.
