Virginia R. Braden

Virginia R. Davis Braden, long-time, Chandler, Oklahoma, resident, was born on May 2, 1919, in Drumright, Oklahoma, and departed this life on August 11, 2005, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 86 years. Virginia was the daughter of Clyde Raymond and Lennie Pearl Turner Berry Street. She married James Virgil Davis in Cushing, Oklahoma on March 23, 1938, after his death, she married Billie J. Braden in Edmond, Oklahoma in 1986. Virginia was a secretary and bookkeeper for many years and had served as the Chandler City Clerk. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Chandler. Her parents, husbands, three brothers, two sisters, one stepson and one step grandchild preceded Virginia in death. Survivors include: One daughter and son-in-law:Diane and Harry Ginzl of Edmond, OK; Stepson: Billie Joe Braden; One stepdaughter: Donell Delashaw of Yukon, OK; Grandchildren: Chad Ginzl of Chandler, OK; Jamie Ginzl of OKC, OK; Step grandchildren: Jennifer Delashaw, Misty & Shawana Braden; Two great grandsons: Taylor & Cameron Ginzl of Chandler, OK.
