Virginia Mary Young

Virginia Mary Young, 82, of Harrah was born March 15, 1931 in Choctaw, OK. She was the daughter of John & Josephine Rozak. She left this life on April 3, 2013. Virginia married Lee Young on November 21, 1953, in Harrah, OK. She made a beautiful home for their three daughters while helping Lee run their dairy farm. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Burro & her husband, Robert, Edmond, OK and their children, Jamie, Richard, and Jeffrey & his wife Audrey, daughter, Gayle Casey & her husband, Mike, Oklahoma City, OK and their daughter Jennifer Merrick and her husband Craig and their children, Riley & Brody, daughter, Cheryl Tran & her husband, Long, Oklahoma City, OK and their children Nicholas & Justin; 3 sisters, Louise Seward, Harrah, OK, Victoria Barnes and her husband, Robert, Oklahoma City, OK, Christine Glasscock, McLoud, OK and many other relatives and friends. Rosary will be held 5:00 P.M, Sunday, April 7, 2013, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, 2039 N. Tim Holt Dr., Harrah, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 8, 2013, at St. Teresa Catholic Church, Harrah, OK, with Father Mariyanandam Pulugujju officiating. Interment will follow at St. Teresa Catholic Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
