Virginia Elizabeth Wagnon, age 93, of Choctaw, OK, was born October 29, 1923, in Enterprise, OK. She was the daughter of James Aaron & Clara Q. (Blair) Sanderson. She left this life on Sunday, December 11, 2016, in Choctaw, OK. Virginia was a beauty operator at Edith's Beauty Shop in Harrah for 18 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Choctaw, OK. Virginia enjoyed gardening, cooking and embroidery. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charlie, son, Bill Wagnon, grandson, Ricky, granddaughter, Kim, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Survivors include her 3 sons & daughters-in-law, Roger & Kathryn Wagnon, Meeker, OK, Larry & Clara Wagnon, Choctaw, OK, Ronnie & Joan Wagnon, Choctaw, OK; daughter & son-in-law, Ann & Corky Pearson, Choctaw, OK; sister, Shirley Rhynes, Arvin, CA; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-great-grandchild and many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Loving Care Hospice, 1940 N. Harrison, Shawnee, OK 74804. Services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
