Virginia Dorice Yvonne Hickman, age 94, of Newalla, OK, was born on January 6, 1921, in Beggs, OK. She was the daughter of Wayne Elmo & Ruth Lillian (Drury) Duncan She left this life on Thursday, June 4, 2015, in Oklahoma City, OK. Virginia married Joe Franklin Hickman on December 25, 1961, in Woodward, OK. She was a homemaker and a 'Rosie the Riveter' during WW II. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include her nephews, Daniel Stovall, Kevin Williams; sisters, Suitie and Joe and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, June 8, 2015, at the Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
