Vera Jean Osborne

Vera Jean Osborne, McLoud, OK, age 75, was born on April 15, 1934, in McAlester, OK. She was the daughter of Lee & Ella Elizabeth (Creel) Rollings. She departed this life on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, in McLoud, OK. Vera graduated from Savannah High School in 1942. She married L. D. Osborne on April 27, 1954. Vera moved to McLoud in 1959 and lived there until her death. She worked at Seagate as a computer component inspector and her hobbies included sewing and quilting. Vera was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brother, Fred Rollings and sister, Joyce Pearman. Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law, T.J. & Frank Robinson, McLoud, OK; son, David Osborne, McLoud, OK; 3 grandsons & spouses, Jeremiah & Amy Robinson, Kode & Devin Robinson, Tyler & Heather Robinson; 6 great-grandchildren, Dylan, Kaleb, Abby, Raelee, Jada & Genesis and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, September 4, 2009, at Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
