Troy Ezell "Todd" Grammer

Troy Ezell Grammer was born in Vickburg, MS on April 10, 1977 and departed this life in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at the age of 36 years. Troy was the son of Jason and Mary (Grammer) Penney. He was a resident of Stroud area most of his life. He married Theresa Ann Wolfe on August 4, 1998 in Straford, Tx. He worked for the City of Stroud as Superivors over the Water Dept. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jason Penney, Survivors include, Wife, Theresa of the home, Two sons, Brandon Grammer of the home, Thomas Grammer of the Depew, One daughter, Aleisha Grammer of the home, Father & Mother, Jason and Mary Penney of Stroud, One brother, Stephen Penney of Stroud, Two sisters: Tabitha Penney of Stroud, Kelsey Burge of Stroud, Several nieces and nephews, Other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Stroud at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 15, 2013 with Rev. Mike Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
