Trenton James Findley, aka Tater, was born April 9, 2008, in Cushing, Oklahoma. Tater was attending Epic school and was so excited that he had reached enough credits to be an official junior. Tater played T-ball and was very active in 4-H when he was young. He played basketball, wrestled, tried his hand at bull riding and rodeo, and most recently, started team roping. Tater had an enormous love for horses even though he was allergic to them. He had to take Benadryl before he even touched one. Tater was working on a ranch taking care of cattle while waiting on the arena to be completed where he could begin working with his horses. His long-time dream was to move to Wyoming and work on a ranch when he graduated.
Trenton was incredibly charismatic and got along with everyone regardless of their age. His goofy smile and undeniable charm could lighten up any room. He was an incredible friend, an amazing artist, and was teaching himself leatherworking. His southern charm and manners had all the women swooning and all the men taking notes. Trenton could always cause even the grumpiest of people to laugh. Trenton would talk about things in his own humorous way, like how his favorite part of a chicken was the front leg.
Trenton is preceded in death by his grandpa, Charles Findley and his grandma, Mary Jane “Janie” Waters.
Trenton is survived by his parents and multiple siblings: Christopher, Shannon, Tasha, Brandon, Brett, Breck, Courtney, Brian, Dalton, Casey, Tanner, Braiden, and Bodie; as well as numerous other family members.
