Tommy ?Tom? Walton 59, of McLoud, OK, passed away Monday, April 30, 2007. He was born to the late Willie and Etta Leftwich Walton on August 22, 1947 in Spencerville, OK. Tom was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He loved the outdoors, training and racing horses, fishing, hunting and all kinds of sports. Tom always had a story to tell, his laugh will be truly missed. Tom had a big heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those he loved. He meant so much to so many and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Tom proudly served his country in the US Army, he worked several different jobs before ending up at Tinker AFB for 20+ years as an electrical supervisor. Tom is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Huff-Walton, McLoud; 3 sons: David Walton, OKC, Eric Walton and wife Sarah, Choctaw, Joseph Reyna, Edmond; 1 granddaughter: Zoe ?Stormey? Walton; 5 brothers, Burnie Walton and wife Rose, Piedmont, OK, Floyd Walton and wife Minnie, McLoud, OK, Robert ?Bob? Walton and wife Mary, OKC, OK, Lester Walton and wife Cheryl, Lindsey, OK, Leonard Walton and wife Donna, Washington, OK; 3 sisters, Shirley and husband David Krause, OKC, OK, Joyce and husband Neil Sanders, OKC, OK, Sue and husband Dennis Meisenheimmer, Carlton, GA; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, May 4, 2007 at the Living Word Fellowship Church in Moore, OK. Interment will follow at Blackburn Cemetery in Norman, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
