Tommy Lee Henderson

Tommy Lee Henderson, age 81, of McLoud, OK, was born on July 31, 1934, in Sardis, OK. He was the son of Cecil & Lee (Cummings) Henderson. He left this life on Sunday, February 7, 2016, in McLoud, OK. Tommy married Lila on December 30, 1971, in Gainesville, Texas. He retired from Dobson Communications where he was a utility worker. His hobbies included mowing the grass, fishing, playing dominoes, raising chickens, going to dirt track races and he especially enjoyed watching his grandkids sports activities. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, son, Anthony Henderson, daughter, Diane Morton, brother, Horace Henderson and sister, JoAnn Finchum Survivors include his wife, Lila Henderson, McLoud, OK; 3 sons & daughters-in-law, Mike & Juli Henderson, Newalla, OK, Kenny Shelton & Ronda Dugone, Yukon, OK, Shawn & Randi Shelton, McLoud, OK; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Sherri & Joe Bilbrey, Newalla, OK, Ashley & Austin Wright, Oklahoma City, OK; sister, Faye Withrow, Bethel, OK; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at Dale Cemetery, Dale, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
