Tina Messer

Tina Messer was born on July 25, 1928, in Corydon, Iowa, and departed this life on Friday, February 1, 2008, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 79. Tina, the daughter of Ernest Ivan and Wilma Marie Allison McGraw, was a resident of Prague. Tina married Harold J. Messer on June 8, 1946. He preceded her in death on September 30, 2000. She was a Cosmetologist, member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the First Baptist Church in Prague. Her parents, one brother and one sister also preceded her in death. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Cathy Kottkamp of LaHarba, CA, Jerry and Turmie Kottkamp of Tennessee; daughters and son-in-law, Linda and Bill Young of Meeker, Shirley Ann Messer of Prague; brothers and sister-in-law, Dwight and Donna McGraw of Des Moines, IA, Rex McGraw of Allerton, IA; 2 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718, in Tina''s name. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February, 5, 2008 at 10:00 AM, at the First Baptist Church in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
