Thelma Elizabeth Clayton

Thelma Elizabeth Clayton, Chandler, Oklahoma, resident was born on March 28, 1918, in Enterprise, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Friday, April 6, 2007, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 89 years. Thelma was the daughter of Anderson B. and Mina Green Clayton. Thelma taught school for 41 years in the Chandler Public Schools, she was a very active member of the First United Methodist Church in Chandler, Lincoln County Historical Society and Chapter AN PEO, Chandler Libary Board, Delta Cappa Gamma and retired teachers association. Her parents, one sister preceded Thelma in death. Survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins. Her church family United Methodist Church. Other relatives and many friends. Memorial may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Chandler, Oklahoma
