Terry Nunley

Terry J. Nunley, 56, of Meeker, Oklahoma, left this earthly world to be with his Lord and Savior peacefully at home with family and friends on November 8, 2009. Terry served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam and was a driver trainer for Donco Trucking until he retired in 1995. Terry is survived by his wife of 16 years, Leann (Parks) Nunley of the home; 2 sons, T.J. Nunley of Colorado Springs, CO, Jason Kirkwood of Meeker; daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Cody Helmig of Colorado Springs, CO; 5 grandchildren, Cheyanna, Cameron, and Kiley Kirkwood of Meeker, Nicolas and Natalia Helmig of Colorado Springs, CO; his mother, Elsie Nunley-Braggs of Choctaw; sister, Anna Holstien of Harrah; brother and sister-in-law, Drs. Frank and Kathy Parks of Tulsa; 3 nieces, Christy Flanagan and family of Harrah, Jaime Parks of San Diego, California, Kaitlin Parks of San Francisco, California; 2 nephews, Joey Holstien and family of Harrah, Andrew Parks of Tulsa; 5 great nieces and nephews, mother-in-law, Sue Parks of Meeker; 4 adopt a grandparent-grandchildren, Landon, Austyene, Tatyanna, and Aubryanna Vaughn of Meeker; many other family and friends. Terry was preceded in death by his father, Joe Dean Nunley, grandparents, Fred and Fannie Johnson, Joe Daniel and Ann Nunley. He will be greatly missed by all.
