Terry Lynn Mitchell

Terry Lynn Mitchell was born October 8th, 1957 in Prague, Oklahoma to Billy and Juanita (Warden) Mitchell. Terry peacefully returned to God on Monday, December 9, 2019. He touched many lives as he made his journey here on earth. He ran his race with endurance and he ran on the wings of grace. Terry loved to hunt and he loved fishing. He loved to "Shoot the breeze," and was regularly sharing old stories with his long time buddies. Terry's greatest love was for the Lord. Terry is survived by two sons and daughter-in-laws, Matt and Tara Mitchell of Chicago, Illinois and JC and Jamie Mitchell of Shawnee; two sisters and their husbands, Debbie and James Craft of Oklahoma City and Jan and Jerry Grounds of Prague; one brother, Zack Mitchell of Prague; five grandchildren, Ashlyn, Drew, Chloe, Madelyn and Peyton; two nephews, Shane Sala of Shawnee and JC Craft of Mustang; one niece, LaJamie Lyn Craft of Oklahoma City. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Terry was a member of Calvary Way Church of Prague, where a Celebration of Terry's Life will be held on Tuesday, December 17th at 10:00 AM with Pastor Starland Davis and Pastor Starland Davis Jr officiating.
