Terri Lea Miller, 69, lifelong resident of Chandler, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at her home in Chandler.
Terri was born on Monday, May 23, 1955, in Chandler, to Amos and Willa Dean (Sexton) Crouch. She graduated from Chandler High School in 1972. After that, she attended Murray State College in Tishomingo, Ok. Terri married Wayne Miller on July 31, 1976. Together they had one daughter, Amy.
Terri and Wayne raced horses for 25 years. She worked for the Federal Aviation Administration for most of her life, retiring after 30 plus years. As a charter member of Chandler Southern Baptist Church, Terri served in several capacities. She was a church trustee, clerk, and helped with Vacation Bible School every summer. Terri spent many years volunteering at the annual book sale for the Friends of the Metropolitan Library in Oklahoma City. She also enjoyed renovating and flipping houses in Chandler. More than anything, Terri was a proud Grandma to her granddaughter, Magnolia. She would want it to be known that Magnolia was perfect and was her absolute pride and joy!
Terri was preceded in death by her father, Amos Crouch; and her husband of 46 years, Wayne Miller.
Terri is survived by her mother, Willa Dean Crouch; daughter, Amy Dunn and her husband, Marcus Dunn; granddaughter, Magnolia Dean Dunn; sisters, Marilyn McEntire, and Virginia Ward and husband, Charles Ward; brothers, Harold Crouch and wife, Judy Crouch, Jimmy Crouch and wife, Pat Crouch, and Joe Crouch and wife Glenda Crouch; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
