Teresa was the daughter of Lester Lee and Ellen Ruth Thompson Mohr. Teresa married Harry D. Keith on February 14, 1981 in Oklahoma City, She was a homemaker, and attended the First Baptist Church in Davenport. Teresa was preceded in death by two sons. Survivors include Harry D.
