Tammy Davis-Lewis

Tamela Jenise 'Tammy' Davis-Lewis was born on September 9, 1960, in Claremore, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Thursday, August 26, 2004, in Meeker, Oklahoma, at the age of 43. Tammy, the daughter of George Earl and Dorothy Jean Kincaid Davis, was a resident of Meeker. Tammy graduated from Meeker High School with the class of 1978, served her country in the United States Army, and received an Associates Degree in Radiology from Southwestern University. She married J. Wade Lewis on August 27, 1998 in Las Vegas. Tammy?s mother and one brother preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, J. Wade Lewis of the home; son, Stefan Kyle Benedix of the home; daughter, Shelby Nicole Benedix of the home; step-son; Trestin Garrett Lewis of the home; father, George Davis and family of Harrah; brother, Shawn Davis and his wife of Meeker; mother and father-in-law; Bill and Irene Lewis of Harrah; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
