Susie Lenora Green

Susie Lenora Green was born on August 18, 1939, in Meeker, Oklahoma, and departed this life on May 14, 2016, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 76. Susie, the daughter of Ben and Mary (Martin) Gentry, was a resident of Meeker. Susie married Richard Green on August 14, 1957. Susie’s hobbies included growing flowers, spending time with her dogs and reading. Susie’s father and mother; brothers Clifford, J.B., Jimmy and Donald Eugene; sisters Skeet Gouker, Della Mae Linn, Wilma Lowry, Janie Wilson, Ellen Sue Byford and Joyce Gouker; nephew Danny Doil Wilson and Charles Gouker preceded her in death. Susie is survived by her husband, Richard Green of Meeker; son, Gary Green; daughter, Sherry Green; daughter and son in law, Joyce and Michael Gautier; grandsons, Chace Gautier and Tanner Green; brother in law, Buster Green; nieces and nephews, Gene, Wayne, Pete and Rita Linn, Darlene Williams, Jackie and Scotty Wilson; special friend, Sonja Harris; 14 nieces and 7 nephews; many more family and friends. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Gable Cemetery, in Meeker with Rev. Joe Jones and Rev. Leon Williams officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
