Susie Ellen Mayhall

Susie Ellen Mayhall, Davenport, Oklahoma, resident was born July 9, 1947, in McCurtain, Oklahoma, and departed this life on March 19, 2018, at her home in Davenport, at the age of 70 years. Susie was the daughter of George and Martha Lee (Byington) Davis. She was the oldest of nine siblings. Susie worked as Cook for the Stigler School System for many years. She was a member of the Stigler First Assembly of God Church. Her hobbies included painting, sewing, reading, and gardening. Her parents, and two brothers preceded Susie in death. Survivors include two sons, Dwayne Mayhall of Davenport, Oklahoma, Donnie Mayhall and wife Tracey of Oktaha, Oklahoma; five sisters, Sue Ellen, Anna Lou, Patricia, Vonda, and Wanda; and one brother, George, grandchildren, Joseph and Michael Mayhall of Davenport, Aaren Murphy and husband Patrick of Warner, Oklahoma, and Cole Johnson of Drumright, Oklahoma; one great-granddaughter, Layla Murphy; other relatives and many friends. A family memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
