Sue Ellen Lewis

Sue Ellen Lewis, a resident of Davenport, OK, was born in Tulsa, OK, on July 10, 1947, and departed this life in Stroud, OK, on Thursday, April 28, 2005, at the age of 57 years. Sue Ellen was the daughter of Ronald Dean and Dorothy Evelyn Probis Champlain. She was a resident of Davenport for many years and was affiliated with Welcome Tabernacle Church. Sue married Elmo Lewis in Tulsa, OK, on December, 2, 1969. She was preceded in death by her father, and one son. Survivors include her husband, Elmo of the home; three sons, Wallace J. Hattabaugh of Elkins, AK, Ronald D. Lewis of Chandler, OK; one daughter, Carolyn J. Shaddon of Stroud, OK; one step-son, Johnny Lewis of Prague, OK; two step-daughters, Billie Lewis of Prague, OK, Wanda Brooks of Checotah, OK, Edna Lewis of Prague, OK; mother, Dorothy Evelyn Anthanattan of Terlton, OK; three brothers, William Champlain of Mannford, OK, Eugene Champlain of Depew, OK, Raymond Griffis of Tulsa, OK; four sisters Kay Sparks of Depew, OK, Aline Murray of Bristow, OK, Stella Carroll of Edmond, OK, Virginia Stiles of Tulsa, OK; 11 grandchildren; 2 great- grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
