Stephen "Steve" Dale Mayfield

Stephen 'Steve' Dale Mayfield was born on July 28, 1952, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Monday, November 15, 2010, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 58. Steve, the son of Harvey William and Dorothy Lee (Williams) Mayfield, was a resident of Prague. He graduated from Paden High School with the class of 1970. He married Deborah Ann Patterson on November 15, 1975 in Prague. Steve operated a lawn care business and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Prague. His mother and sister, Katheryn Mayfield, preceded Steve in death. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Deborah Mayfield of the home; son, Kevin Mayfield of Prague; father, Harvey Mayfield of Prague; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Janet Mayfield of Prague; sister, Gayle Mayfield of Norfolk, VA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2:00 PM, at the First Baptist Church in Prague with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Paden Cemetery in Paden. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
