Sophia L. Brezny

Sophia L. Brezny was born on December 13, 1916, in Prague, OK, and departed this life on Tuesday, January 4, 2005, in Oklahoma City, OK, at the age of 88. Sophia, the daughter of Ernest and Bessie Anna Ruzicka Brezny, was a resident of Oklahoma City. Sophia worked at Tinker Air Force Base during World War II and was a Radiological Technician at Dr. O?Donoghue?s clinic for 33 years. She was a member of St. Joseph?s Old Cathedral in Oklahoma City and the St. Joseph?s Alter Society. Her parents; one sister, Mayme Ogburn; and two nieces, Cecelia Hull and Adelene Brooks, preceded Sophia in death. Survivors include her sister, Christine Pospisil of Prague; nephew, Tim Brooks and his wife Lisa; and other relatives, including her cousin Joe Brezny and his wife Bobbie of Oklahoma City. The family suggests remembrances be made to the charity of your choice.
