Skyler Lane Reynolds entered this world on May 26, 2000 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is survived by his loving father and mother, Ernest “Scott” Reynolds and Stacey Reynolds. He departed from this earthly life on December 11th, 2024. Skyler shared 24 years here on earth with his loved ones. He leaves behind his beloved siblings; big brother, Austin married to Jessica, little brothers Eli and Zack, and little sister, Emy, He also leaves behind two little sisters, Madison and Brooklyn Costante, who he adored.
Skyler had the biggest heart and there was room for everyone in it. He never knew a stranger and never hesitated to lend a helping hand. He loved helping others and being a firefighter. He served at various departments throughout the years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding bulls, welding, playing video games with his brothers and teasing his “little baby sister,” Emy. Above all else, he cherished his family and enjoyed spending time with them whenever possible. The memory of Skyler will be cherished by his family and friends - the countless conversations and phone calls will be deeply missed by all.
The family members that preceded Skyler in death include his grandfather, Ernest Reynolds and uncle, Jimmy Pickett. Other surviving members of the family include grandparents, Joe and Gloria Judd and Manual and Connie Rivas, and several aunts and uncles, including Kim and Larry Blades, Charlie and Dee Rivas, Kevin and Ashlie Shields, Richard Ford and Mike and Stephanie Goodman, and many cousins, including Matt & Jordan Perdue, Bryleigh and Braxton, and Ridge Blades & Amanda Harrell, Casen and Brylee.
Skyler will be missed dearly and remembered every day by his countless loved ones. The family will forever cherish their memories of Skyler and remember him as the big-hearted and hardworking country boy that he was. The family finds comfort in knowing that he has joined his Heavenly Father and that he is free from the worries and burdens of this life and in the presence of loved ones that have gone before. He is now fully healed and in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
Skyler made the selfless decision to be an organ donor. This is a testament to his generosity and his love for all. Skyler has saved and touched many lives by this selfless act of donation. Skyler’s love and care for others will continue to live on through this gift. The family finds hope in knowing the lives he will save, and they believe that whoever receives his heart will never fall short on love to give.
