Shirley Miranda

Shirley L. (Miller) Miranda, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Shirley was born on Friday, May 30, 1947, to Randolf Quincey Miller and Wanda Lee (Pierson) Stalik in Marysville, California. She grew up and attended school in Harrah, Oklahoma.

Shirley married David Miranda on July 15, 1982.

Shirley was an office manager for various car dealerships for more than 40 years as well as a beautician for 30 years. When Shirley wasn't working, she enjoyed fishing, puzzles, playing games, especially Scrabble, singing karaoke, and driving around in her purple golf cart.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Randolph Miller and Wanda Stalik; and a brother, Kenny Miller.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 40 years, David Miranda; her children, Lisa Clanton and husband, Eddie Clanton; James McVeigh and wife, Sandra McVeigh; and Joey McVeigh. Grandchildren, Amy Clanton, Ryan Clanton, Corey McVeigh, Levi McVeigh, Riley McVeigh, Brett McVeigh, Jay McVeigh, and Michelle McVeigh; several great-grandchildren; her brother, Larry Miller and his wife, Patty; and sisters, Mona Wallace, Debbie Selling, and Rose LeRoy and husband, Bruce LeRoy; as well as other family members and friends.

Funeral services for Shirly will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 5, 2022, at Parks Brothers Funeral Service Chapel, Prague, Oklahoma. Her family will receive visitors from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, Sunday, December 4th, at Parks Brothers Funeral Service, Prague. Condolences can be expressed at www.parksbrothers.net.
