Sheryl Lynn Hazen

Sheryl Lynn Hazen was born on December 2, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan, and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 19, 2008, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 57. Sheryl, the daughter of Louis John and Carol Faye LaForest Zwalesky, was a resident of Prague. She was a homemaker. Her father; two brothers; grandfather, Harry LaForest; and one grandson, Kasey, preceded Sheryl in death. Sheryl was loved by her family and will be dearly missed. Survivors include her daughters, Nicky Gonzales and her husband Robert of Nampa, Idaho and Betty Faye Gallegos of Texas; son, Frank Gallegos of Texas; mother, Carol Zwalesky of Brethren, Michigan; grandmother, Verna LaForest of Kaleva, Michigan; sisters, Robin McNally of Carleton, Michigan, Kim Gutierrez of Taylor, Michigan; and grandchildren, Sierra, Dalton, Alyssa, Hailey, Robert Jr., Joseph, and Xavier. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26. 2008, at 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel with Bro. Tim Emmons officiating.
