Shannon Charlene Denny

Shannon Charlene Denny was born on February 9, 1958, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Sunday, October 16, 2011, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 53. Shannon, the daughter of Charles Edward and Frankie Maedean (Cobble) Prater, was a resident of Pawnee, Oklahoma. She graduated from Prague High School with the class of 1976 and was a homemaker. She married Tim Denny on April 16, 2004 in Pawnee. Shannon loved spending time with family and friends. Her parents, one infant brother, and one infant granddaughter pre ceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, Tim Denny of the home; daughters, Amber Good of Winfield, KS, Shan'on Good of Pawnee, Rachelle Denny-Bentley and her husband, Eric, of Cleveland; half-sister, Becky Samse of Shawnee; grandchildren, Kaycee Lynn Denny and unborn grandson, Cody Lane; gather and mother-in-law, John W. and Marianne Denny of Pawnee. Shannon's family will receive friends at Parks Brothers Funeral Home on Tuesday evening, October 18, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM, at the Burnett Mission in Paden with Bro. Paul Heard and Bro. Tim Emmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Prague Cemetery in Prague.
