Ruth Jane Horn

Ruth J. ?Shrildie? Horn was born in Mt. Home, Arkansas, on May 30, 1919, and departed this life in Paden on March 10, 2006. She was 86 years of age. Ruth was the daughter of James Hubert Morris and Viola Francis Morris. She was a longtime Paden resident and of the Holiness faith. She married Cecil T. Jackson on March 17, 1934, in Paden. Together they had 5 children. Ruth later married H.B. Horn. Both husbands preceded her in death. Her parents; a step-father who raised her, Lee Shell, Sr.; four brothers; four sisters; and two grandchildren, Ruth Ann Goss Scott and Andy Goss, also preceded Ruth in death. Survivors include, 3 Sons & 2 daughters-in-law, James W. & Virginia Jackson of Hillsboro, Ohio, Jackie Lee Jackson, Paden, J.C. & Wilma Jackson, Bethel Acres; 2 daughters, Mary Allen Carter also known as ?Ginger Williams?, Paden, Margaret Traylor, San Antonio, TX; brother, Lee Shell, Jr., Paden; sister, Geraldine Childers, Heber, CA; 11 Grandchildren; 11 Great-grandchildren; and 3 Great-great-grandchildren.
