Roy Lee Miller, Harrah, OK, age 76, was born on April 8, 1931, in Coalgate, Oklahoma. He was the son of Roy & Alice Citron Miller. He left this life on Thursday, March 27, 2008, in Harrah, OK. Roy served in the U. S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He married Norma I. Green on August 16, 1952 in Oklahoma City, OK. He worked in the grocery business since he was a teenager, retiring as a salesman for a brokerage firm. He was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, McLoud, OK including the Men''s Club, and the Beekeepers Association in Noble, OK. Roy was a people person and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and beekeeping. Roy was preceded in death by his parents; one son, James Keith Miller and 3 brothers, Floris, Raymond and Edward. Survivors include his wife, Norma of the home; 3 sons & daughters-in-law, David & Donna Miller, OKC, OK, Roy & Paula Miller, OKC, OK, Jeff & Heather Miller, OKC, OK; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Sharon & Harold Mathes, Mustang, OK, Nancy & Jeff Winans, Queen Creek, AZ; sister, Betty Riley, Coalgate, OK; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Wake services will be at 7:00 PM, Friday, March 28, 2008 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, McLoud, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 29, 2008, at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, McLoud, OK with Father Adrian Vorderlandwehr, O.S.B. officiating. Interment will follow at 12:30 PM at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery, Oklahoma City, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
