Rosie C. Skropka

Rosie C. Lutomski Skropka, age 86, of Harrah, OK, was born on September 21, 1922, in Harrah, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Joe & Anna Zahara Lutomski. She left this life on December 9, 2008, in Harrah, OK. Rosie married Felix Skropka on November 22, 1944, in Jones, OK. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church and the Polish Club in Harrah, OK. Rosie was a farmer and housewife. She enjoyed working in her yard and flower garden. Rosie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Felix on Nov. 9, 1982; her daughter, Bernice Morin on Oct. 16, 1985; three sisters, Martha Lutomski, Mary Helen Drew and Julia Korhuniak. Survivors include her brother, Albert Lutomski, Harrah, OK; grandson, Brian Morin, Dahlonega, GA; 3 nieces, Shirley Johnson, Cathey Rogers, Jennifer Blasingame; 1 nephew, Johnny Lutomski and many other relatives and friends. A Rosary service will be held at 6:40 P.M. with the Wake service at 7:00 P.M., Friday, December 12, 2008, at St. Teresa''s Catholic Church, Harrah, OK. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 13, 2008, at St. Teresa''s Catholic Church, Harrah, OK, with Father Eugene Marshall officiating. Interment will follow at St. Teresa''s Catholic Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Service, Harrah, OK.
