Rosalie Willoughby

Rosalie was born on July 28, 1927, in Prague, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Saturday, July 1, 2006, in Thousand Oaks, California, at the age of 78. Rosalie, the daughter of Charles W. and Anna Frances Martinek Babek, was a resident of California. Rosalie married Winford Willoughby on March 28, 1948 in Prague, Oklahoma at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Anna Babek; husband, Winford J. Willoughby; and brother, Raymond John Babek; Survivors include her daughters Phyllis Morris, Norman, OK, Veronica 'Vicky' and Joe Freas, Thousand Oaks, CA, grandsons Eric and wife Regan Isaacs, OKC, Cody Freas, Thousand Oaks, CA and granddaughter Lacey Freas, Thousand Oaks, CA.
