Ronnie William "Boots" Nichols

Ronnie William 'Boots' Nichols was born on April 16, 1940, in Dodd City, Texas, and joined his beloved wife, Charlie, on Thursday, February 10, 2011. Ronnie, the son of Jesse Alvin and Allie Vera (Barker) Nichols, was a resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma. He married Charlsa 'Charlie' Jean Nichols on October 5, 1977. She preceded him in death on January 8, 2008. Ronnie retired from GE and was the owner of Biscuit Hill Restaurant in Earlsboro for many years. He was of the Methodist faith and a Master Mason. His parents; four sisters, Reba Myrtle Chandler, Betty Lynn Renfro, Barbara Kay Nichols, Nancy Beth Nichols; and one brother, Joe Dale Nichols, also preceded Ronnie in death. Survivors include his son, Jerry Martin 'Marty' Nichols of Dallas, TX; daughters, Rhonda Lynn Nichols of Ponder, TX, Robbie Renee Kilgore of McKinney, TX; grandchildren, Zac, Madison, Mason, Roman, Kasey, Cody, and Jagger; brothers, Pat Bailey Nichols of Ravenna, TX, Jerry Neal Nichols of Bonham, TX, Larry Dee Nichols of Candler, NC, Perry Frank Nichols of Center, TX, sisters, Mitzi Carolyn Wallace of Tom Bean, TX, Wanda Lee DeJarnatt of Gunter, TX, Hannah Sue Hicks of Houston, TX, Dorothy Marie Lake of Pharr TX. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Rev.
