Ronald Cleo Murfin

Ronald Cleo Murfin was born in Stroud, Oklahoma on December 11, 1939 and departed this life in Stroud Oklahoma on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at the age of 71 years. Ronald was the son of Cleo Williams and Juanita Virginia ( Shiller) Murfin. Ronald was a resident of Stroud most of his life. He graduated from Stroud High School in 1958. He was in the United States Navy. He married Shirley Richard in Vista, CA on February 29, 1960. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and worked for Toni's Pizza as a Salesman for 28 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and One Brother, David. Survivors include, Wife, Shirley of the home, Three Sons, Ronnie Murfin & wife Diana of Davenport, OK, Michael Murfin Houston, TX, William Murfin of Henryetta, OK, One Daughter & Son in Law, Brenda & Bryan O'Neal of Stroud, OK, One Brother & Sister in Law:Greg & Peggy Murfin of Stroud, OK, Fifteen Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchldren, Numerous Nieces and Nephew, Other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be held at the Stroud Cemetery on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Joe Molencupp officiating. Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, Oklahoma.
