Rodney Stephen Fraley

Rodney Stephen Fraley, age 59, of Luther, OK, was born on May 11, 1947 in Charleston, West Virginia. He was the son of Dennie G. Fraley & Ora Marie Meadows Moore. He left this life on March 31, 2007 in Luther, OK. Rod moved to the area in 1982 from Florida. He was in law enforcement for 19 years in Harrah and was a member of the F.O.P. organization. Rod loved his grandkids and enjoyed fishing and scary movies. Rod was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Edna Fay Simpson. Survivors include his wife, Jane Fraley, Luther, OK; 2 sons & daughters-in-law, Michael Anthony & Pamela Fraley, Newalla, OK, Timothy Stephen & Jennifer Fraley, Norman, OK; 2 daughters, Dennise Townsend, Del City, OK, Diana Fraley, Del City, OK; 1 brother, Don Fraley, Harrah, OK; 16 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, April 5, 2007 at the Asa Smith Memorial Chapel, Harrah, OK, with Rev. Tony Alvarez officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, OK. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, OK.
