Rodney Clark Grossmann

Rodney Clark Grossmann was born on October 17, 1949, in Lynwood, California, and departed this life on Thursday, April 9, 2009, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 59. Rodney, the son of Carl H. and Lula Jane 'Lou' Coleman Grossmann, was a resident of Prague. He graduated from Huntington Park High School in Huntington Park, California where he was a talented trombone player. Following his graduation, Rodney worked as a cook. Rodney''s parents preceded him in death. Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, John and Karon Grossmann of Paden; sister and brother-in-law, Carla and Tommy Eastep of Blanchard; nephews, Matt Eastep and his wife Rochelle of Norman, Clint Eastep and his wife Nikki of Dallas, TX, Tommy Raymond Eastep and his wife Brittony of Oklahoma City, Jonathan Grossmann of Paden, Braden Grossmann of Paden; nieces, Crystal Smith and her husband Bobby of Yukon, Allison Grossmann of Paden; 7 great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 2:00 PM, at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague with Rev. Aaron Brock and Tom Eastep officiating. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Paden. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
