Robert Wayne Stanberry

Robert Wayne Stanberry of Meeker, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the age of 46. Robert was born on February 14, 1972 in Ada, Oklahoma to Bobby Allen and Betty (Foster) Stanberry. Robert attended Bowlegs Public Schools. Following graduation, Robert married Janell Deupree on October 4th, 1997. Following their wedding, they bought a house, in which Robert rebuilt into a home for their family. He was an accomplished painter, carpenter, cook, mechanic, athlete, outdoorsman and an overall hard worker. In his time away from work, Robert enjoyed spending time with his boys, football and preparing meals for the families OU Sooner watch parties. Robert was not only an amazing father, he cherished his role as a grandpa to Daizy and Slayton. Robert was truly a child at heart and enjoyed rough housing with Dawson’s friends, which quickly became extended family. His door was always open to anyone at any time. To know him was to love him. His laugh was contagious, and his personality was unforgettable. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Betty Stanberry and one sister, Robin Turnbow. Robert is survived by his wife, Janell Stanberry; sons, Dawson Stanberry; Drew Graham and wife Kali, Dylan Graham and wife Shayla; grandchildren, Daizy and Slayton Graham; sisters, Debbie, Paulette, Denise and Diane; brothers, Mike and David; sister-in-law Whitney and Marcello Puiggari and sons Lucas and Will; grandparents, Bill and Janie Deupree, Dean and Celia Graham, many cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family and of course his cat, Orange Boy
