Robert Mark Mascho

Robert Mark Mascho was born on February 20, 1959, in Oklahoma City, OK, and departed this life on Thursday, February 26, 2009, at his home in Chandler, OK, at the age of 50. Mark was the son of Robert Gordon and Judy Hallock Mascho. He married Cheryl Horne on June 30, 2000, in Eureka Springs, AR. Mark graduated from Chandler High School in 1977. He worked for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority for over 29 years. Mark holds the class 2A state record in the 440 yard dash and was an Eagle Scout from Troop 111 in Chandler. He was a member of the Chandler First United Methodist Church. His grandparents preceded Mark in death. Survivors include, wife, Cheryl of the home, sons and daughter-in-law, Douglas & Heather Mascho of Chandler, Dana Horne of the home, daughters and son-in-law, Jessica & Daron Bender of Chandler, Jenea Heilaman of Shawnee, Hanna Horne of the home, Sarah Horne of the home, brother & sister-in-law, Tim & Mary Mascho of Chandler, sisters & brothers-in-law, Debbie & Bob Foster of Chandler, Julie & Tim McBride of Chandler, grandchildren, Kaitlynne Jo Heilaman of Shawnee, and Mark Tyler Mascho of Chandler, other relatives and many friends. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Prairie View Hospice Inc., Chandler. Memorial services will be held on Monday, March 2, 2009, at 2:00 P.M., at the First Baptist Church in Chandler with Rev, Rick Blackwell, Rev. Sungsu Hwang, and Rev. Hugh Willoby officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
