Robert “Bob” Jackson Cole passed at the age of 75 on October 27, 2020, surrounded by family. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on September 7, 1945, to Jackson Cole and Frances Ann (Gabus) Lemke. Bob was a graduate of Putnam City High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army and also served as a firefighter in several communities. Bob was a collector of many things but was certainly an avid gun collector. He loved to tinker with things and worked well with his hands. Some may call him eccentric but that just added to the greatness that Bob was. He was loved by all but especially his family. Bob knew how to make his family each feel special in their own way. Labeled as the “Best Grandpa” being sure to spoil his grandsons with snacks, fishing, and just time spent with them. He was greatly loved and will undoubtedly be missed. Bob is survived by his daughter Poppy Danker and her husband Dustin; four grandsons Caden, Colton, Wyatt, and Bryce and one sister Jackie Simpson. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Mary Gray and brother Billy Cole. A visitation will be at Parks Brothers Funeral Service Friday, October 30th and Saturday, October 31st from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Online condolences can be made at www.parksbrothers.net.
