Reubena Tower

Reubena Ross Tower, a beautiful Christian woman, entered the gates of Heaven on July 28th, 2009. Reubena was born December 26, l917 in Morris,Oklahoma to Edward Earl and Hazel (Leach) Ross. She graduated from Prague High School with the class of 1935. She and Glen Tower were married for 62 years before Glen’s death in 1999. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an active member of Kelham Baptist Church and Britton Baptist Church, Oklahoma City where she played the piano for church, Sunday School and Vacation Bible School. She was a homemaker, volunteered at Baptist Hospital, and loved to cook for her family. She is survived by two sons, Larry and Betty Tower of Stillwater, OK and Doug & Marsha Tower of Bedford, TX. She was a wonderful grandmother & great grandmother to Marc and Rhonda Tower, and Andrew, Matthew & Thomas of Stillwater; Wade and Candi Tower, and Isabelle and Lilliana of Stillwater; Kim and Jerry Monasterial and Emma, Braeden and Adella of Edmond; Kristin and Rob Walker and Lindsey and Cayle, Anderson, MO; Angie and Darrell Sanders and J.T. of Ft. Worth, TX; and Ryan Tower of Bedford, TX. The oldest of six children, she is also survived by her brother, Keith Ross of Oklahoma City. She was predeceased by siblings Joy Belle Taylor, William Nolan Ross, Edward Earl Ross, Jr., and Glen Ross.
