Reba Fern Thompson

Reba Fern (Adams) Thompson was born in Drumright, Oklahoma on September 22, 1928. She went to be with her Father on December 31, 2020. Reba was a high school graduate of Bowlegs High School. She moved around and then met her husband Fred Thompson in Oklahoma City and they were married until his passing. Reba worked at Tinker Air Force Base for over 20 years working on B52’s as a flight computer technician. Reba enjoyed many things a few being knitting, water aerobics, card games, and her ice cream. She also enjoyed traveling and camping anywhere as long as her and Fred were together, she especially liked going to Branson. If you were in the same room as Reba and you were on your phone you better put it away, she liked to know she had your attention. Reba loved her family very much and also being around her friends. She was an incredible wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Reba is preceded in death by her husband Fred Thompson, her parents, Clarence and Myrtle Adams, her grandson Patrick Thompson; one brother and 3 sisters. She is survived by her children David Thompson and wife Shayna, Danny Thompson and wife Sherry, Debby Eischeid and husband Greg and Dennis Thompson and wife Kelly; grandchildren Nick and Josh Thompson, Detra Thompson, Stephen Thompson, Fred Thompson, Nikki Fortenberry, Rikki Hire, Cody Thomas, Evan Lee, Stephanie Gust, Jennifer Floyd, Karly Thompson and David Eischeid; 23 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and her sister Mildred Adams; as well as many other extended family, cousins, nephews and nieces. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church, Prague, OK with a committal service following at 2:00 pm at Sunnylane Cemetery in Del City, OK.
