R. Louise Simon

January 23, 1914 — February 7, 2005

Louise Simon, daughter of Joseph and Mary T. Reynolds was born on January 23, 1914 in Britton, Oklahoma. She grew up on the family farm in Moore and graduated from Moore High School. Louise died February 7, 2005. Mrs. Simon was long-time employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and retired from Apco Oil Company in 1979. After retirement her time was spent in farming and raising cattle in McLoud. Louise was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, William Thomas Reynolds of Colorado, Joseph Reynolds and Oris Reynolds of Moore; and four sisters, Odrie Mariner of Garber, Babe Stepp, Elsie Hardy, and Hazel Rox of Oklahoma City. Mrs. Simon is survived by her son Tom Simon of Harrah and one brother, Les Reynolds of New Iberia, LA. Services under the direction of Smith-Parks Funeral Home will be Thursday, February 10, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Smith-Parks Funeral Chapel in Harrah. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Edmond.
