Phyllis Janette "Pj" Cole

Phyllis Janette 'PJ' Cole was born on December 1, 1973, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Thursday, August 18, 2011, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 37. PJ, the daughter of Archie Gorrell and Phyllis June (Pruitt) Cole, was a resident of Prague. After attending Prague High School for three years, PJ graduated from Davenport High School in 1992. She was a dedicated loving mother to her two children, Logan and Morgan, a devoted and caring daughter to her parents, and a steadfast and thoughful sister to her brothers. She preceded her son, Logan Clark, in death on the same day. PJ was preceded in death by her mother. Survivors include husband, Tod Clark of Stroud; daughter, Morgan June Cole Clark of the home; step-children, Alicia Clark, Ashley Clark, Curtis Clark, and April Clark of Tulsa; father and step-mother, Archie, Sr. and Norma Cole of Sparks; brother, Archie, Jr. and Darla Cole of Vinita; step-brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Christen Peterson of Corona, CA. Donations may be made to the PJ Cole and Logan Clark Memorial Fund at Deer Creek Baptist Church, 355960 East 960 Rd., Stroud, OK 74079. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 10:00 AM, at the First Baptist Church in Prague with Rev. Mike Haines officiating. Interment will follow at Kellerby Cemetery in Arlington. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
